About Ar. Kaushik D Joshi:

Our firm KHS Associates Architects has completed 24 years of Architectural and Interior Design services. Ar. Kaushik D Joshi completed his Master in Planning from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara with a first class.
Participated in various Design competitions, including Crematorium at Surat.

Work profile includes a number of Residential, commercial, Institutional, Industrial, Corporate Offices, Retail, Hospitality, etc. and a wide variety of interior projects in Vadodara. We have also done quite a few projects outside Gujarat. We charge quite a nominal fees for our services.

At KHS Associates Architects, we make practical designs, with creativity and innovation. We believe in simple workable designs. It was founded by principal Architect Kaushik D Joshi about two decades ago.

We value each and every project and give personal attention at all levels of the design process. To us client satisfaction is utmost important and we believe that client satisfaction is our satisfaction.

We provide the best services, giving a personal touch to our projects, and hence our client base has been growing over the years. We undertake all types of projects, whether it is a single room renovation or a first floor extension, to designing and executing a complete project from scratch on a virgin land. We give equal importance whether a project is big or a small one.

With the fast changing climate, we also do designs which will minimize the effects of the heat and keep your structures cool so that you are comfortable and also your electricity charges gets minimized.

For those interested in vaastu shastra, we even design projects according to the scientific methods of vaastu shastra. We, at KHS Associates Architects do accurate mapping of the directions on site and then provide solutions according to the directions, so that the client gets maximum benefits out of his site and design.
